Paltrinieri

LECLISSE

Leclisse or Eclipse is the flagship wine of this Paltrinieri trio. The grapes are 100% Sorbara and are selected from the best grapes generally found in the oldest section of the Il Cristo vineyard. The wine is produced using the Martinotti method or long Charmat method where the wine is left on the lees in pressurized stainless steel tank for a period of 3 months. This method produces a wine with a sleek and creamy profile with delightful soft perlage and clean minerality and acidity that elevates the fruit and complexity to something very close to fine Champagne.
